2021 VICTORIAN CX SERIES HOSTED BY VOGA CYCLING CLUB

Event Details

Due to COVID travel restrictions, the previously scheduled National Series Rd 5 &6 - Creswick on 3-4 July will proceed as a Victorian CX State Series Round. Riders who have already entered will be automatically re-graded into Victorian CX categories. This will of course, not suit everyone and we remind riders that they can scratch at any time through EntryBoss and receive an immediate refund.

General Info

Men's Categories: - CX-A, CX-B, CX-C & Open
Women's Categories: - CX-A, CX-B, CX-C & Open
Young Guns: Too young for a full adult category, too old for Kids. Young Guns is for you. Ride the full course, generally for two laps. Can be chaperoned by an adult. Kid's Categories: - This category is generally graded small, medium, larger - Boys & Girls.
Bikes: - CX races are for CX bikes (note: max 35mm tyres & drop handle bars), Opens are for any bike (inc CX bikes).

Grading

Riders who have already entered in National Series categories, will automatically be graded into CX State Series categories based on existing data from past VICXS events. If you have never raced a VICXS event in the past and are unsure about which category to select please contact Annina Gallagher from AusCycling via annina.gallagher@auscycling.org.au.

Late Entries

  • Late Registration Fee (not guaranteed as available) $25.00

  • Please assist organisers by entering ahead of entry close.

  • Note that 'scratching' is available when entering via EntryBoss.

Licensing

  • Race Licenses: - All riders must hold an AusCycling Off-Road, or All Discipline Race Membership or purchase a Race Event membership (National Championships only).

  • International Riders: - please note you need an International or local Australian race license. An in-country license from your local national federation does not cover you for international racing.

  • Kids fun racing: - no license required, enter on-the-day (covered by the AusCycling race sanction as a come-&-try participation event).
