Bay Ford Hawke's Bay Cyclocross are bringing a little ray of light, to your Black Sunday weekend after several Barn-storming performance last race at Guppy Road.
WOMEN'S RACE SPECIAL
If there's one thing we would love to see, it's more mums and girlfriends, sisters and daughters ... so ladies, get on your bikes and come riding! Our races are fun, for the family, nothing is too technical, and it’s all over in 30-50 minutes. It’s a great way to get fit and have fun on your bike. Everyone finishes at the same time ... so perfect to refuel together at the Black Barn Bistro after the event.

REGISTRATION
Registration open from 9.00am
Remember, NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY, entries close Saturday night at 8.00pm
RACING
Starts at 10:00am with the balance bikes and Kids fun ride, then approximately:
10:10am 7 and unders
10:20am 10 and unders
10:30am CX45, CX30 and CX20 events.
PRIZEGIVING
Because we’re back at Black Barn, it’s complimentary hot chips and Roosters Ginger Beer (non alcoholic) at the finish for everyone, as well as the normal Bay Espresso Coffee and hot chocolate, followed by the Roosters Prizegiving with some spot prizes ... and medals for the kids after racing has finished.
PARKING
Please try not to park on Black Barn Road, and instead use the lower restaurant carpark ... we’ll have signs up. It is an open road, so please stay clear and allow the residents space to get in and out of their properties.
BOBBLES
Check out our club Big Bobble Hats. Iconically cyclocross, and eminently stylish, these hats are a steal at $35 for one, $60 for two and $100 for four. And any profits go back into the club!

Remember we’re aiming for zero waste try not to bring any rubbish along with you and if you do take it home with you, bring reusables, refillables, or good old biodegradables so we can put them back to good use.
