Cross is finally here again! Entries are now open for our Cyclocross race at Stromlo on 5 July, https://entryboss.cc/races/5008. If you haven’t done Cyclocross before these are fun, inclusive races suitable for a wide range of skill and fitness levels. It doesn’t matter how fast you are going as long as you are having fun! Any bike is welcome for B and C grades - mountain bikes, gravel bikes and of course cyclocross bikes are perfect (we have seen unicycles too!). However for A-Grade Men, and A Grade-Women, in the spirit of cyclocross, a maximum tyre width of 35mm are required. The course is at Stromlo, near the start of Holden’s Creek. The planned schedule is:
Course Open: 12:30.
Number pickup: 12:00 – 12:45.
C-Grade Men, B-Grade Women and Juniors – 20mins 1:00.
B-Grade Men and A-Grade Women – 30min 1:30.
Little Crossers Participation Event: 2:15.

We will be setting up the course on Saturday 4 July from 1pm. If you are interested in volunteering please let us know at XC_Racing@corc.asn.au
If anyone is interested in riding the course before the race some of us will be practicing the course this Saturday (27th) morning from 9am.
There will be Covid-19 restrictions in place, these restrictions include requirements for social distancing and online entries only. Entry numbers will be capped at 90 riders.
