Cyclocross racing in Australia’s capital city. Watch out for the kangaroos!

CORC Cyclocross Round 1

We're racing cross this Saturday 6 May at our new track in Stromlo. Meet behind Stromlo Leisure Centre.

There will be some fast flowy sections, plenty of off camber corners and some run ups. Proper cyclocross!

For riders racing in B-Grade or C-Grade any bike is welcome, however for A-Grade Men, and A Grade-Women , in the spirit of cyclocross, a bike with drop bars is required.

The Junior race is on the adults course for those kids after a bit more of a challenge before stepping up to C-Grade. For kids racing, please register as junior.

Beginners are most welcome. A valid AusCycling license is required. We don't issue day licenses anymore, but you can purchase a day license online here: https://www.auscycling.org.au/member.../other/event-licences or if you're eligible, a free trial license is available here: https://auscycling.org.au/membership/other/free-trial

The cost of entry is $15.

Please use the Stromlo "main carpark" and ride up to the start. Once the new carpark is built at Stromlo there will be more car park spaces closer to this venue. Please refrain from using the pool carpark. Parking at the pool can be very limited during peak hours, and we do NOT want to make that any worse than it is (Note we'll be using the back road of the pool as our start straight on a trial basis)
